Refund & Return Policy

Customers are eligible to request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and invoices included.

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Refunds for online payments will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.

In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, KHALI will cover all return and shipping costs and provide either a replacement or full refund.

If the return request is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

KHALI reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the stated conditions.
